Programmes run during the primary school term.

Term 1 classes start in the week beginning 30 January 2012.

Joining classes

Returning members, term 1, 2012

1. Please complete the 2012 application form.

New members

1. Please complete the 2012 application form and forward this to the office, along with payment.

2. We will check that space is available in the class that you want to join.

3. If space is available, we will confirm this with you and a place is guaranteed.

4. If space is not available we will contact you and discuss alternative classes. You may prefer to join a waitlist.

Joining a waitlist

1. If a class is full, you can choose to cancel your registration or join a waitlist.

2. If you cancel, your payment will be refunded in full and your enrolment form will be destroyed.

3. If you join the waitlist, you may choose to have your payment refunded in full.

4. When a place becomes available, the waitlist works on a first-in basis.

5. If no place is available by the start of term, we will cancel your registration and, where applicable, refund your payment in full.
